STRATHCONA'S LASTEST DEVELOPMENT

the Heatley @ Strathcona Village

Formerly the Wall Centre, 900 Hastings.  Well if $199,900 including parking doesn't grab your attention I don't know what would.  I'll be curious to see how many units are available at this price.  Either way this development appears to quite affordable and in a great spot.  The area is fairly industrial now but that's good news for buyers because the prices at the Heatley are sure to be attractive.  The proximity to downtown is fantastic.  Not much different than being in Kits or Mt. Pleasant.

Notables:

  •  283 homes
  • 3 towers
  • 15 storeys
  • 419 square feet - 927 square feet
  • Fitness centre
  • Electric car chargers
  • Developer: the reputable Wall Financial

You can find a decent amount of information on the development website.

I think this is a great location.  It's not Gastown but it sure is close.  We will definitely be seeing more developments in this area.  Basically from Gore heading east I think there will be a lot to come.  New development INGastown will be at the 100 block of E. Cordova and Cordovan will be at the 500 block of E. Cordova.  The Heatley will be located on the 900 block of E. Hastings.

If you'd like to be kept up-to-date on this development let me know!  I have feeling you'll want to be one of the firsts on this one.  Check out some pics!
