Malkin Building and Captain French

These are two of my favourite buildings in Gastown.  Both are heritage conversions and they have 35 units combined so it is rare that we listings in these buildings.  The Malkin offers lofts from studios to what you'll see listed here and the Captain french has studios from approximately 645 square feet up to 1600 square feet.  Both buildings back onto the tracks and have amazing views of Burrard Inlet and the North Shore mountains.
