INGastown

This is the latest development to come to Gastown.  InGastown will be located at 150 E. Cordova St.  It will be 9 storey, concrete builidng with 61 units, common roof top patio with outdoor kitchen area and BBQ.  The development has already started selling and they are looking at a completion for fall of 2014.  

All of the top floor units have already sold.  Homes are starting from $269,000 (lost leader) and the development is offering a 2% deposit structure.  Basically you pay the 2% upon signing the deal, the bank will lend you the other 3% which you'll have unitl the developement completes to pay off allowing you some more time to save some money.  

Here's a list of units that are currently on the MLS (multiple listing service).  There may still be others available, often the marketing company won't list everything at once.
