Hans Rosling's...

200 Countries, 200 Years, 4 Minutes

Very cool...

Far from being a cure for insomnia, statistics is now sexy in this 21st century. We can thank a world famous swedish professor because of his brilliant use of Star Trek like technology in this fascinating four minute video.

Hans Rosling's "The Joy of Stats" takes us through the last 200 years of global history and its uneven growth of wealth and health all in four minutes. This enthusiastic professor, is both playful and somber in his delivery reminding us how much we have yet to understand in our own global society. He lives and loves stats and his passion is captured in this new twist and excerpt of one of his most famous lectures.

Watch the video and see how successfully engaging he is on what otherwise would be subject matter as dry as melba toast. He shows with passion the importance of understanding our history of global changes if we want to plan for a better future. It is a fascinating history lesson and peek into the future.
