HOW WAS THE MARKET IN OCTOBER '13
Over the past few months we've seen more listings come onto the market and a reasonable number of sales. INGastown is a new developement coming to 150 E. Cordova and they account for the spike in inventory.
8 lofts were sold in October.
34 for lofts were acitve for sale in October while 9 of those were newly listed that month.
The least expensive loft sold at 150 E. Cordova (new construction) for $329,800 plus tax.
The most expensive loft sold at 55 E. Cordova, Koret Lofts, for $965,000.
Who do you listen to? There are a lot of mixed messages out there. Sometimes you don’t get the full picture and because every market can be different from the next you really want information specific to your market and your investment.
