GASTOWN LOFT MARKET UPDATE FOR NOVEMBER 2013

HOW WAS THE MARKET IN NOVEMBER '13

Two lofts were sold in November.  One of them was only on the market for 3 days and was in the Terminus at 36 Water St.  The other was a 2nd floor loft at Koret, 55 E. Cordova St. which was on the market for 132 days.

23 for lofts are currently active for sale while 5 of those were newly listed that month.

7 lofts were taken off the market.  Some of the ones taken off had been on the makret for less than a month so perhaps the plans of the sellers had changed.

The low and the high sale prices were very similar with the 2 sales; $522,000 and $555,000

If you would like a complete list of lofts for sale and/ or a complete list of lofts sold feel free to ask.

Who do you listen to?  There are a lot of mixed messages out there.  Sometimes you don’t get the full picture and because every market can be different from the next you really want information specific to your market and your investment.  If you know of someone looking for a realtor please keep me in mind. gfeldstein@sothebysrealty.ca 604.782.7545
