HOW WAS THE MARKET IN NOVEMBER '13
Two lofts were sold in November. One of them was only on the market for 3 days and was in the Terminus at 36 Water St. The other was a 2nd floor loft at Koret, 55 E. Cordova St. which was on the market for 132 days.
23 for lofts are currently active for sale while 5 of those were newly listed that month.
7 lofts were taken off the market. Some of the ones taken off had been on the makret for less than a month so perhaps the plans of the sellers had changed.
The low and the high sale prices were very similar with the 2 sales; $522,000 and $555,000
