The market is off to a great start! There are currently 14 lofts listed for sale in Gastown. There was one sale in January and that came only 6 days after the property was listed.
Out of the 14 lofts listed for sale you'll find everything from studios to a 1.669 million dollar, top floor loft in the Garage on 12 Water St.
The market in general is looking really good. The amount of listings that came on the market in January was slightly more than last year but the amount of sales increased approximately 30% =/- depending on the type of property. That is a huge increase!
