P.S. CMHC [Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corp.] is increasing the premiums on mortgage insurance. Buyers with less then 20% of the purchase price to put down need this insurance. But don't worry, the extra cost will only be about $5 per month so you'll still be able to purchase the property you're looking for.
