2nd Annual Movember Fundraiser
The MOfficials are a group of 150 junior hockey referees and linesmen from Western Canada that have set out to eject prostate cancer from the game of life by growing moustaches during the popular Movember campaign.
Over the past 3 years this team of refs have raised just over $100,000 and they have set their sights on on a goal of $75,000 this year.
On November 21st they are hosting their 2nd annual fundraiser at a prime burger joint, Save On Meats, (recently moved to 1 W. Cordova). The fundraiser kicks off at 8pm, $20/ ticket, which includes a burger and beer, auction items available, prizes and of course all proceeds will go directly to Movember Canada.
